The Topic At Hand:

Blank Slate

The idea of the tabula rasa has been around since Aristotle, but no two periods in history can agree on what it means. We keep wanting to blot out the old definition and write a new one, keeping the idea of purity as fresh as possible. Nobody can really start over, which is why we all want to. A new life, a new goal, a new love. A blank slate.

In this issue: Ayn Rand cooks. Lilith comments. A snowman dresses. A terminator reconsiders. Tony Soprano relaxes. Animals die. A father beckons. Dice roll.
